University of Nairobi is ranked in position 956 out of best global
institution of higher learning and the best in Kenya.
In the latest ranking UON
is the 10 best in the African continent, followed by Kenyatta University which
locally is in the second position, 28th in the continent , and 1,674
in the world.
Moi University is the third in Kenya, ranked 47th in
Africa and 2,108 in the world map.
JKUAT is the fourth best in Kenya and 2,436 in the world, while Egerton
University is in position 125 in Africa and 3,622 in the globe.
Murang’a University is ranked 10 best in Kenya and 5,160 in the
world.
Other institutions in the
top ten list are Strathmore, Technical, Maseno and Masinde Muliro.
