The Chief Officers to serve in Murang’a

Murang’a Governor Irungu Kang’ata’s nominees for the position of chief officers have been unmasked months after they went for interviews.

 The leadership at the county assembly has invited the 13 nominees for the vetting process to help pick the best individuals.

Interviews are listed for April 5 and April 6 with nominees led by Kang’ata ally, Eliud Maina Wanja who will be in charge of infrastructure and community projects, and journalist  Leonard Guchu Ndungu for the communication and media position.

Angela Mueni Kioko from Ithanga ward, Gatanga who dropped nomination to the county assembly, heads for the  Culture, Gender, and Social Services position.

 In the list, Hassan Abdullahi Abdirahman will be in charge of the governor’s delivery unit, and Kenneth Mukora Kihato for medical services.

Meshak Kipkorir Kipkemboi will be in charge of ICT and E-government, and the youthful and community mobilizer Isaac  Wanjohi Karoga nominated for the education and technical training slot.
