Leadership in Murang’a is meeting this morning
to deliberate on how the BBI report will be supported.
The meeting brings together County leadership,
Clergy and opinion leaders two days
after IEBC verified over one million
signatures and the report sent to the county assemblies.
Murang’a emerged the first county
in Mt Kenya region to hold a meeting to chart the way forward on the crucial document.
The meeting convened by County
Commissioner Mohammed Barre and Governor Mwangi wa Iria brings
the leaders supporting the document ahead of the Sagana retreat
meeting for the Mt Kenya leaders scheduled
for Saturday.
