President Ruto launched Murang’a Uji programme that benefits 42,000 learners

On Friday, it was a great day for the administration of Governor Irungu Kang’ata when President William Ruto launched various development projects initiated by his administration in the past 10 months.
Ruto President  Ruto hailed the programmes describing them as a game changer designed  to transform Murang’a County.
 In Kangari ward under MCA Moses Marira, Ruto said Uji programme and smart cities project are game changers  mostly as they will assist in bringing healthy children.

” There is a need to ensure we have healthy children to ensure the government cares for them in their ECDE centres,” said Ruto accompanied by his deputy Rigathi Gaachagua.
He also  launched Kangari Town roads which are under the Smart City programme at Kangari Town.

 Others present were local  MPs Joseph Munyoro, Ndindi Nyoro, Edward Muriu, and Mary Wamaua. Senator Joe Nyutu was also present.
