Scores were arrested in Witeithie Estate, Juja of Kiambu County last night
following a major swoop mounted by police to flush out criminals from their hideouts. The crackdown followed the murder of a patron in a local bar in the early morning on Monday.
In the crackdown, the suspects arrested were booked at Witeithie and Juja Police Stations where an identification parade will be done.
A senior police officer said the suspects nabbed in the crackdown, will be charged with various counts.
During the Monday incident, a suspect who was subjected to mob justice, is fighting for his life in hospital.
