Mwangi wa Iria and Peter Kenneth appointed

Former Murang’a Governor Mwangi wa Iria has been named the Chairperson of the Public Procurement Regulatory Board.

Also appointed by President William Ruto is former presidential aspirant Peter Kenneth takes over the same position at the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).

Ruto has made fresh appointments to the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) , the Executive Office of the President, and other top governance positions.

“The appointments within the Executive Office of the President seek to augment the complement of personnel supporting the Head of State and Government in fulfilling the profound mandate vested in the nation’s foremost office,” said Arthur Siya, Principal Administrative Secretary in the office of the Head of Public Service.

Bruno Oguda Obodha is the new East African Portland Cement Managing Director, with Douglas Murei Kaibos taking over the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency.
