The media is the most powerful avenue that has the power to make the innocent guilty because it controls the minds of the masses.
Political analyst Ibrahim Adam said though, the Grand Muller leveraged the preceding principal to vilify and petrify Board Directors to obtain favourable benefits.
Mr Ibrahim resident of Murang’a says the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Chairman Mr. Anthony Mwaura has been a victim of the Grand Mulla’s media exploitation for perverse reasons, which heretofore have been kept secret from Kenyans.
Ibrahim pleads with Mulla to stop using the media platforms to attack Mwaura instead use the laid down mechanism in law.
Ibrahim says that it is instructive to inform the public that the Grand Mulla is a business mogul with interests in banks, malls, and real estate properties.
“ These business entities are registered with his law firm: – Ahmednasir Abdullahi Advocates, hence thriving on his legal protection,” observes Ibrahim.

He adds that following President William Ruto’s government tax reforms to spur socio-economic growth, it behoved the KRA to intensify tax collection amongst Kenyans and ensure compliance with tax and customs laws.
However, suffused with vainglory attributes and the avalanche of wealth accumulation, he reliably approached the KRA through Mr. Mwaura’s office to seek tax favours accrued to financial institution which according to an impeccable source he has a sizeable share.
Nonetheless, the firmness of Mr. Mwaura and the KRA management on tax exposed the Grand Mulla’s soft underbelly in pursuing a revenge mission by contriving fallacious assertions against the
Chairman on his X account and the Nairobi Business Monthly Magazine to which he is the publisher.
Ibrahims says reasons vindicate the assertions above is to demeaning to Ahmednasir’s gravitas personality and legal scholarship to litigate a case in the media.
“As a lead lawyer, he should present evidence, make legal arguments, and provide information to the courts to ensure a proper resolution of any case he has against Mr. Mwaura.
Secondly, he should institute private prosecution against him and try such a case in a court of law,” points Mr Ibrahim.
Making wild allegations in a surreptitious media circus, he adds, is a poignant reminder to obfuscate the public under a retribution lens instead of enlightening them.
Evidently, though, it was for such similar reasons that the Grand Mulla was barred from appearing before the Supreme Court of Kenya indefinitely.
In this regard, he must be called to order to either practice law and provide legal services to citizens or relegate himself to a forlorn character of bad-mouthing successful, hardworking and innocent state
officers in the media to accomplish criminal favours.
Last month, Grand Mulla indicated that Mwaura children should not do business with the government institutions, like other business entities without any form of discrimination.
