MPs’ thirst for additional NG CDF allocation has been exhibited following a motion to increase the same by Sh10 billion.
The move has earned condemnation from Kenyans who in the past two months had criticized disbursement of bursary kitty to facilitate education of their school going children.
This time, Wajir East MP Aden Mohammed has sponsored a draft bill calling for the increase of the NG CDF allocation with Sh10 billion to upscale the kitty from Sh53.5 billion to Sh63.6 billion.
