President William Ruto names members of the Azimio la Umoja in his expanded cabinet.
Suba MP John Mbadi, a close ally to Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga was nominated to Cabinet Secretary Treasury taking over from Prof Njuguna Ndung’u.
Others nominated are MP James Opiyo (Ugunja) and former Kakamega Governor Wycliff Oparanya who will handle Ministries of Energy and Cooperative respectively.
Former AG Justin Muturi made a comeback to the cabinet after he was proposed to head the Ministry of Public Service formerly under Moses Kuria.
Rebecca Miano was nominated to the Ministry of Tourism, while Kipchumba Murkomen nominated to the Youth affairs.
Dr Alfred Mutua who moved to the ministry of Labour, while Stella Soi Langat( Gender).
Former Mining CS Salim Mvurya nominated to the Ministry of Investment while former Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho replaces him in Mining.
