A suspect denied two charges of malicious damage and theft of property belonging to KRA offices Northern region Embu town, during the anti finance bill protest.
Antony Kiige Muthoni charged with others not before the court denied the charge of destroying goods worth Sh6 million on June 24.
He faced an alternative charge of being in possession of stolen goods.
The suspect represented by Embu lawyer Rose Migwi was granted a Sh20,000 cash bail by Senior Resident Magistrate Ms Joan Otieno.
Kiige, as charges were read, told the court that he was an orphan living with his grandmother in Dallas estate Embu.
