Politicians have turned innovative after they were cleared by IEBC to run for the elective positions.
In Kandara constituency, Julius Kaberere is leading with the innovation after he came up with a Kikapu concept as an independent candidate.
Kaberere, a household name in Kandara, has been working towards uplifting the living standard of the people through lobbying for construction of the proposed Bildad Kaggia Hospital that stalled years ago.
Kaberere, a developmental expert, says Kandara is among the areas in Murang’a county that, if considered, can produce enough food and employment opportunities for the youth.
“Kandara requires genuine leadership to ensure we exploit the underlying opportunities thus benefitting the thousands,” said Kaberere.
The constituency is the home of the avocado and macadamia plants that generate millions of shillings to the families thus needing to expand the business for the future.
