Nyakera pledge to support the party

Murang’a Governor aspirant Irungu
Nyakera will vie on Farmers Party ending the speculation that had dominated the
political arena.
Nyakera who has declared interest will chair
the party where Elias Mwangi Mugwe will be the deputy director in charge of
campaigns, Simon Chege Kamangu deputy organizing secretary, of External Affairs.
Godffrey Akumali Atiel will be in-charge of recruitment.
Secretary general of the party Mr John Kahura said
Nyakera brings to the party a rich wealth of private and public sector experience
and expertise , having served as the chairperson of tea price
stabilization task force.
Nyakera, he said, is also chairman of tea and coffee
sector lobby group, and patron to Kenya Coffee Platform.
In the political arena, Nyakera is the Chairman of Political
Parties Liason Committee.
