Mountain, it has emerged that the majority of the politicians who accompanied
him are on the shaky grounds with the voters in their backyard.

wisdom  as the politicians  who backed him were only out to  try their luck to recapture their slots.

at the base of climbing Mt Kenya, the former Prime Minister was accompanied by
ODM leaders led by senator James Orengo.

was accompanied by persons who have lost touch  with the ground.

“ The truth is Raila is a popular person  in the region after he backed the retired
President Mwai Kibaki, but the undoing is that majority of those who were with
him and leaning on his shoulders to get a come back,” said Mwaura a resident of
Chaka in Nyeri county.

a few leaders  came out.

“ It is my sincere wish that the mountain leaders can support
their own  to be at the negotiating
table  in matters pertaining to the sharing of
the national cake. This time  they are
playing survival politics, after falling out with the voters,” said Nyambura.Nyandarua Governor Francis Kimemia is also in the public court over his alleged on performance. Several rivals are lined up to fight out with him.

In Laikipia, Governor Ndiritu Muriithi was booed and heckled on
Sunday as Raila watched when he addressed the crowd shortly after they left Nanyuki
PCEA  compound.

Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui is facing its rough  from
supporters of Senator Susan Kihika eying to dislodge him in the coming
election.

 Kieni MP Kanini Kega is
also in the roasting pan from his backyards as public in Narumoro and Chaka
said they were only interested to listen to what the ODM leader had in store
for them.
