Two top leaders invaded the mountain region selling their agenda, eying the 10 million votes in the coming general election.

Deputy President William Ruto was in Meru County while the ODM leader Raila Odinga attended church service at Nanyuki PCEA before they separate addressed a mammoth crowd in Nanyuki and Meru towns.
The both leaders who are determined to be in the ballot have put in spirited efforts to win the residents around the mountain, where Murang’a Governor Mwangi wa Iria and Usawa Kwa Wote leader hails from.
