Investment: Bar owners in a pact with Optiven

 Bar Owners Association (Bahlita) has partnered  with Optiven  Transformation Centre to develop a housing programme for the members.

Bahilta  members estimated at 54,000  led by the National Chairman Simon Njoroge Jogoo partnered with a leading real estate management to provide them with decent housing.
 Jogoo  said  Covid 19 pandemic exposed the challenge the members have been going through  due to lack of adequate investment  and mostly houses.

” Through  partnership with Optiven,  the members and their employees  stand to benefit   with land for the purpose of building homes,” said Mr Jogoo.
 Optiven Management led by CEO George Wachiuri said the programme is tailored to benefit the members  in support of Government Agenda on Housing.
” There need for organisations to deal with authentic partners  to give the members a decent shelter. Optiven was voted the best property managers that  last year,” said Wachiuri.
 Optiven properties range from Sh300,000 to Sh7million.
