There is acrimony in Mt
Kenya
region with leaders pointing their anger on MPs Johana Ng’eno(Emurua Dikirr)
and Oscar Sudi( Kapseret) over their incitement claims out to create a national
crisis.
They castigated the leaders, for
insulting Mama Ngina Kenyatta, President’s Mother noting this is against the
African culture.
MPs Ngunjiri Wambugu( Nyeri Town)
and Mary Wamau ( Maragua) have warned the two for attacking President Uhuru
Kenyatta and his family in their uncalled for political statements.
“These two leaders are known supporters of the
Deputy President William Ruto and their utterances were despicable in a clear
coordinated attack to stir up emotions in Kenyans,” said Wambugu.
Wambugu said the two were out to cause a
national crisis through hate speech, adding that they are ploys of Deputy
President William Ruto.
Wamaua on her part said the two should tender
their apologies to Kenyans and be warned
should chaos erupt they will be held responsible.
“When people start incitement and attack each
other because of a strained relationship. I asked the government agencies to
deal with the matter once and for all,” she said.
