MP mission to transform Gatanga

 Gatanga MP Ngugi Nduati is a committed leader who
has gone an extra mile to inspect development projects in the villages, to
ensure speedy service delivery.

 In the past year, Gatanga remains among the
developed areas in the country following efforts made by the MP   to
push for the resources for the benefit of his electorate.

  In Lower Gatanga, where a lot of interests
are concentrated, roads, water, and electricity programmes are among the
projects that the national government under President Uhuru Kenyatta has
facilitated.

 At Kakuzi Mitumbiri ward,   the
MP said Ngango phase three village will have 150 homes connected with electricity
after decades of living in darkness.


 Other projects include grading of Kwa
Jimmy- Ngewa- Kamara road to improve connectivity in the villages focusing on the
transportation of farm produce to the ready market.

“ The contractor is under instruction to employ
the youth from Ngatho to ensure the project will improve their living
standards,” said Nduati.

At Silanga primary school,  construction of
a new classroom to enhance social distance to protect the youth from
contracting Covid 19.

“ Gatanga NG CDF  is committed to improve
the livelihood of the people and more so improve education standards,” said the
MP.

 In the week,  Youth Enterprise Fund
Chief Executive Officer  Mr  Ben Muthendi gave out Sh5million 
to the groups.

 Nduati is working to match with the
development record that was left by former MP Peter Kenneth.
