Iria New year Message to Kenyans and particularly to the Mountain

Fellow Kenyans, Patriots and Usawa followers
The year 2021 presented to us a national, global and unprecedented year 2021 heavily borrowing from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic that started in the year 2020.
Our Nation weathered the covid-19 storm in both 2020 and 2021 with resilience, courage, and unwaivering hope to emerge stronger than ever before.
With a ravaging COVID-19 pandemic and badly hit economy in both years, Kenyans demonstrated a fighting spirit, coming together to mourn with affected families, trying their best to keep their small businesses up, and at the same time supporting East Africa’s biggest economy to remain within budgets.
My County Government embarked on an ambitious stimulus strategy to revamp the County’s economy, more often than not subsidizing our dairy farmers, avocado, coffee, horticulture and the main cash crops in Muranga County.

Despite all this, the Muranga ordinary man and woman toiled at the farm, at the shopping center and the highways hawking, all of them towards putting a decent meal at families’ tables, paying school fees for the kids.
My administration, in an effort to recognize and support the ordinary man at the grassroots, issued 300,000 households with maize seedlings and avocado seedlings in the two years in question and thereby solving the food security question.
Fellow Kenyans, I have also issued 3000 FULL  scholarships for our most vulnerable families.  The ripple effect of this will be felt both into the short and long term.
Fellow Kenyans,
A country that doesn’t care for its most vulnerable is not secure of it’s future.
Fellow Kenyans,
What we have done in Muranga County to empower our grassroots can be replicated in the country with 25% of our National Budget.
I seek your support as we offer a national alternative to ensure your coffee, tea, milk, pyrethrum, rice, cattle/livestock, korosho, fish among others benefits the ordinary man.
Fellow Kenyans,
Our constitution guarantees rights and freedoms which includes among others the economic rights. My vision for the nation is a country of bountifulness for ordinary man irrespective of the economic activity.
Fellow Kenyans,
The solutions offered by the perennial politicians doesn’t address the economic question. The economic question will be solved if we address the PURCHASING POWER PARITY (PPP), which ensures a win-win situation for all economic classes of the society. Most importantly, my economic planning model is envisioned within the Scandinavian countries model of Social Welfare systems. Social Welfare guarantees highly subsidized education, health, housing and employment schemes
Fellow Kenyans,
This year of 2022 is monumental. We must redefine the Kenyan project. My insistence of prioritizing the poor has been misconstrued by the rich as a socialist approach. Nothing can be further from the truth, it is NOT. My approach is to address the bottom of the pyramid economics, build a formidable middle class income economy, respect for Agriculture value chains among others.
Fellow Kenyans,
*I hereby present myself for the high office of the President of the United Republic of Kenya* to take our country to the next level.
My utmost appreciation to H.E Uhuru Kenyata and for putting the country on the path of peace. No economy without a nation.
I seek to rebuild our fortunes as a nations on the principles of peace, unity, and national ethos  espoused by our founding fathers,
Fellow Kenyans,
Once again I plead for peace in the transition year of 2022, year of our Lord.
Happy new year 2022
H.E Mwangi wa Iria
President, Usawa Movement*
