A Catholic nun in Meru is under investigation for the murder of a colleague in Meru Catholic Diocese.
The police arrested the suspect following the death of 65 year old Sister Anselimina Karimi,an administrator of Meru Children’s Home in Nkabune.
The deceased was found dead in her house on Sunday,as the police suspect she was murdered elsewhere and the body brought into the house.
The matter is under investigation by the Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) owing to its complicity.

The suspect sources indicate was lined up to take over the management of the children’s home from the deceased. The deceased house, the police believe, was cleaned in an attempt to tamper with the scene-and evidence.
