Ng’araria MCA Simon Wamwea has been ordained in Akurino Church leadership.
The second term MCA was ordained by the Bishop of Akurinu Church in a ceremony attended by Murang’a Governor Irungu Kang’ata.
Wamwea embarked on community leadership after he was elected a civic leader in Kandara in 2013 and was elected to represent Ng’araria ward at Murang’a County Assembly.
In the ordination ceremony praises were heaped on Wamwea by the community after he assisted his church to acquire a piece of land.
In that piece of land, the Bishop built a modern church which was handed to the congregation as he promised after he won the election.
