Murang’a Governor Irungu Kang’ata emphasised on the support to the farmers in efforts to achieve food security.
Kang’ata spoke in Thika to investors during the commissioning of the New Paleah Millers factory.
The factory will produce wheat flour, maize flour, and animal feeds.
He emphasized manufacturing as key to job creation and called for lower taxes and simpler regulations to attract more investors.
