Environment Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale suspends licenses for Karura Golf Range development
Mr Duale has ordered the suspension of two licenses issued to Karura Golf Range Ltd for developing a golf range, restaurant, and mini golf park in Ngong Road Forest, Nairobi, following public concerns.
The Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF) and the Director General of NEMA have been tasked with preparing a detailed report on the matter within 72 hours. An audit of all previously issued licenses will be conducted for transparency and accountability
