The wheel of justice has finally caught up with former Samburu Governor Moses Lenolkulal who has been found guilty of corruptly receiving Sh83.3 million.
The former county chief received the amount after he supplied petroleum products to the county government he was running.
Anti-Corruption Court in Nairobi Magistrate Thomas Nzyoki said there was a conflict of interest as Lenolkulal improperly awarded a multi-million-shilling tender for fuel supply to his petrol station.
The court will sentence Lenolkulal and the others on Thursday, August 29, as the court ordered him to be remanded.
