Raila Odinga is the best, says Chege

Murang’a
MP Sabina Chege has stepped aside in her quest for Muranga governorship,
instead concentrating with national politics.
She
will instead concentrate on national politics to popularize the Azimio One
Kenya Alliance whose Presidential candidate is Raila Odinga.
She was expected to run for the gubernatorial
seat but hope by her supporters faded after her name failed to feature in the
list of leaders recommended by the Jubilee Party for Murang’a County.
She made the announcement at Muranga Teachers
Training College, when issued bursary cheques
to hundreds of students under her education scholarship for their
secondary education.
She
urged her supporters to support her decision to popularize Raila’s candidature
and the jubilee party candidates in Mt Kenya region.
“I
announced that I was waiting for the holy spirit to guide me on whether I
would continue seeking a gubernatorial candidate and He has finally spoken, I
will concentrate on national campaigns,” she said.
Chege
was among the Azimio One Kenya Alliance council members who were gazetted by
President Uhuru Kenyatta with an aim coordinating the national campaigns and
ironing out wrangles in the alliance.
“Raila
is better than Ruto in all comparisons and that is why he is the best leader to
succeed PresidentUhuru Kenyatta,” she Chege.
