Kenya Roads Board (KRB) has disbursed
Sh 41 billion to road agencies to facilitate maintainces of roads.
In the disbursement of
funds for months between July and December last year, huge allocation of Sh14,818,592,073 went to Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), followed by Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KERRA) of
Sh11,289,751,158.

list, Kenya Wildlife Service
Sh 481 Million, county governments
Sh4.7 billion and Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Sh5.7 billion. Kenya
Urban Roads will get Sh4.7 billion for the urban roads networks
The board Director General
Rashid Mohammed said the allocation has
been released to the agencies for
implementation of road works as per the annual public roads programme and
county work plans for financial year
2020/2021.
KERRA will spend the amount in working on national rural roads, while KeNHA will deal with major trunk roads across the country.
