Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has said Jubilee Party
was presently focusing on people who campaigned for it to please its politically
found friend.

The MP said it was regrettable that six
nominated senators   Isaac Mwaura,  Mary Yiene,
Waqo Naomi Jilo,  Millicent
Omanga,  Victor Prengei,  and
Iman Falhada Dekow suffered following their cordial relationship with
Deputy President William Ruto.

Speaking at Murang’a General Ihura stadium
during the disbursement of bursaries worth Sh10 million to college and university
students,  Nyoro said cracks within the
Jubilee Party emerged after ODM leader Raila Odinga started meddling with its
internal affairs.

“ Expelling of the nominated senators
from the party was a game plan hatched to pave the way to remove Senate
Majority Whip Irungu Kang’ata,” said Nyoro.

He added that those allied to  Ruto were being intimidated but they will
soldier on undertaking their constitutional mandate.

Later the Murang’a Senator suffered a blow
after he was removed from the senate leadership slot and replaced by Kimani
Wamatangi of Kiambu.

Kang’ata ascended to the position last year
after the removal of allies to the deputy president led by Senators Kipchumba
Murkomen and Susan Kihika of  Elgeyo
Marakwet and Nakuru respectively.
