Comfort Homes Director Hezekiah Kariuki Urges Youth to Embrace Sales, Marketing Jobs to Create Jobs

Millions of Jobless Youth across the Country have been urged to embrace sales and Marketing Jobs in efforts to seal the  Un employment gap in the Country. 

According to  Comfort Homes Chief Executive  Hezekiah Kariuki, Many Jobless youth turn down sales and marketing job opportunities due to long time belief that the Sector is tedious and demanding.

“Many youth run from sales obligations due to its high demands of Consistence, commitment, and targets; little do they know that even in Commission terms, the job has great potential to transform lives economically. ” Kariuki Said. 

He says that no company can survive without a sales department hence, the career will remain relevant at all times. 

Adequate training on sales and Marketing can equip the youth with more knowledge and skills was critical to change the mentality and perception that the job is unfavourable, especially for young people. 

Kariuki, who is also Director at Together As One Micro Finance, said that there was a lot of untapped potential in the field, and hence a great need for experts in the field to motivate the upcoming sales agents. 

“In our company, we have put a system in place to nurture sales and marketing talents and assist them to align with the growing demands in the industry,” he said.

He urged the sales players to up their game by exploring the changing dynamics in the sales sector by employing technology and digital marketing strategies.

“There has been serious evolution in sales scope, from manual to digital and now AI technology; sales representatives have to upgrade to remain Competent and relevant to the fast-changing digital world.
