Journey to support candidates take shape

Stephen Macharia has kicked off supporting programmes aimed at improvement of education standards.
The Mathioya parliamentary aspirant on UDA ticket has been distributing geometrical sets to the candidates across the constituency in the endeavour to improve standards.
Macharia said his top agenda will be youth empowerment through provision of quality education starting with having talks with the candidates in both primary and secondary schools.
“ It is my desire we have a transformed Mathioya and education will play a big role,” said Macharia.
At the end of the programme, Macharia will have interacted with candidates from the 58 primary schools.
The schools that has benefitted with the support are Wahundura, Kiriaini, Umbui, Gaciriro, Kiambuthia,Kairo,Kihari,Muthangari,Thuita, Iruri, Kamune, Kairi,Mihuti,Karung’e,Ngutu,Gitugi.
Others are Kiriko, Gititu, Kagumoini,Mananga, Kora,Warugara,Kagioini,Kirimahiga,Gikoe.
