Let’s go for leaders with a vision and a track record, says Kabogo

Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo has said there is a possibility for the unity between Azimio and Kenya Kwanza leadership of Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto after the election.
Kabogo speaking at a burial in Kiaga, Kanyekin of Kirinyaga county  said the two were together during the 2007 election and they have been close thus the likelihood of the possible return after election on August 9.
“ There are speculations that the first and second horses are Raila and Ruto and in 2007 they gave us a run. They could go for a handshake there afterwards,” said Kabogo who is contesting Kiambu gubernatorial position of Tujibebe Party..

He said if they unite their supporters are fighting without focusing on the strategy of their  Presidential candidates.
In Kiambu politics, he said ghe was the best suited candidate who can shape the county, fixing the devolved functions.
“Am the best suited person as in my first term I did a lot  for Kiambu County and seeking the support from the voters to accomplish the mission I started,” said Kabogo.
Kabogo was attending the burial of former civial servant, Stanley Muriithi who’s father to Lucy Muriithi, formerly of KTN.
Lucy is married to Kabogo’s kin Kang’ethe Nungari.
