Gachagua hit at Kenya Kwanza leadership on mismanagement of the nation

The former Deputy President  Rigathi Gachagua has camped in Murang’a for two days castigating Kenya Kwanza government leadership saying it was ineffective in the national administration.

He expressed non confidence with IEBC chairman Erastus Ethekon, on grounds he is an ally to State House Deputy Chief of Staff Josphat Nanok.

“ Ethekon is a compromised person,  and yet to disown his friendship with Nanok who is close to President William Rutu,” said Gachagua adding that Kenyans are only interested with fair election

Gachagua said it was a pity that illicit brews have returned to the localities after he was impeached.

“My two and half years in the office backed by Pastor Dorcas fought to end the alcoholism in kenya, and to my suprise the youth are back in trenches,” said Gachagua

Speaking at Christ Joy Church in Ndunyu Chege village in Gatanga backed with his allies of Gachagua, blamed that  government for misdirecting the youth on opportunities.

“ It is abnormal that when the youth from Rift Valley are facilitated to seek employment abroad those from Mt Kenya are left behind to continue with menial jobs,” said Gachagua.

He called on Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen to order the arrest of a criminal gang that caused mayhem at Limuru and Mwiki.

“ Deal with the mastermind of political violence  and those who caused the terror of Pastor Dorcas at Kamukunji grounds in Nyeri town in a prayer session,” said Gachagua.

Naivasha MP Jane Kihara hinted that UDA politicians have negatively trained their guns on DCP, stating it was not a threat to them, since it was launched.

“ Since the party was unveiled it has been the talk in the political circle, why are the UDA politicians concerned with our DCP,” said Kihara.

The leaders identified DCP as the only political party that will absorb all smaller political parties in Mt Kenya.

MPs John Kaguchia ( Mukurwe ini) and Joseph Munyoro( Kigumo) said it was a pity that in the budget billions of shillings have been allocated to recurrent development with little on development.

They said the budget office of the president has been allocated Sh127 billion, Public Service Sh18 billion, NIS Sh51 billion, Defence Sh 195 billion among others.

Kaguchia said the amount of resources allocated could be diverted to other functions like mobilisation of crowds in political meetings and facilitating friendly politicians.

“ Every little has been allocated  for development, meaning the recurrent budget is the highest,” said Kaguchia.

Munyoro said Mau Mau roads should be allocated funds as promised in 2022.

“ Today, the road projects have been abandoned,” said Munyoro.
