Women who live Kutus township in Kirinyaga county are living in fear of a 22 year old university student said to be peeping in women’s bathroom taking photos when they are naked.
Joseph Gicobi a village elder at Kutus narrated how he saved the youth and took him to Milimani Police Post after a mob of angry women alleged he had been taking videos of women in a residential premises.
The youth was allegedly caught taking the landlady photos by his neighbours.
“I have several 20 seconds video he was capturing and that is why I have brought him here,” Gicobi said
The suspect’s father was shocked after he was informed by the neigbours that his son was locked up at the said police post.
“My son is a university student and I wonder why he is interested in nude videos,” said the father.
Kirinyaga county police commander Ms Leah Kithei said they are investigating the issue as they try to get more information.
